At the entrance of the city of Preveza, where the Ionian breeze meets the fertile fields of Epirus, beats the heart of our family business. Since 2015, my personal journey \u2014that of Areti Christia\u2014 has met with generations of tradition, with the aim of encapsulating all the freshness of the Greek land in a jar.<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For me, September was never just a month; it was the aroma of ripe tomatoes simmering in the pot. Growing up in a farming family, my strongest memories are connected with my grandmother and mother. I remember them carefully bending over the harvest, selecting tomatoes one by one, and transforming them into crimson sauce.<\/p>\n

It was a difficult, time-consuming job, under the scorching sun, yet filled with laughter, love, and the passion of people who respect the land. This image “swirled” in my mind for years: How can I keep this purity alive?<\/i><\/p>\n

With the invaluable help of my family and with my husband as an unwavering support, who stood by me through every challenge without backing down, we decided to establish our own workshop. We started with a simple promise: To make no compromises on quality.<\/p>\n

Today, we continue to work with the same traditional recipes we inherited. Our production remains handmade, respecting the time required for the product to develop its aromas, without the use of chemical preservatives or additives.<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
